Thanks for the tutorial on sultanas et al. I’m thinking that maybe they’re kind of like what we in the States call “golden raisins”. They tend to be plumper and juicier than regular raisins. Anyway, I appreciate your clarification and it’s always fun to hear from bloggers far and wide.
